About Us

Earth is one of eight planets that circle the star we call the sun. Together, the sun, the planets, and smaller objects such as moons make up our solar system. The four planets closest to the sun—Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars—are called terrestrial planets.

Earth is our home and it is the only planet that we know of that can support human life. It has limited resources and we need to conserve them so that future generations can enjoy them. Not to mention, earth is a beautiful place and we should do everything we can to protect it.
